Start your spring with a weekend of Indigenous Ways of Knowing and traditional birch-bark basket making for adults! Our Friday evening begins after dinner with a smudge and a story by First Nations leader, Bernice Jensen. Over the weekend, Bernice will guide authentic First Nations basket making while sharing traditional knowledge about harvesting, the birch tree, and her culture and history. Leave with new friends, learning, and a keepsake to cherish! All supplies are provided and included in the cost.

This retreat ends at lunch-time on Sunday, leaving time to return home. Bernice will be assisted by her sister.
