Cowboy Roundup

Mark your calendar and saddle up for a Western adventure with Cowboy Roundup, featuring cowboy singers, poets and storytellers at the Royal Canadian Legion. Presenters include Hugh McLennan of “Spirit of the West” fame, Vernon’s Rob Dinwoodie and band, Enderby’s Indigenous poet and storyteller Pat Thomas, our own poet, singer/songwriter/storyteller Blu Hopkins and author and storyteller Kay Johnston.

This event is in support of the Shuswap Association of Writes, and is an opportunity to help raise funds to host another successful Word on the Lake Writers’ Festival in 2024.

Tickets are available at the legion and are $35 in advance or $40 at the door. Tickets include a beer and a burger.
